Abstract : The notion of Cauchy Riemann (CR) submanifold of a Kaehler manifold was introduced by A.Bejancu in 1978. Since then many papers appeared on this topic. In the present work, a comprehensive treatment of the results on CR-submanifold of a Kaehler manifold, Bochner Kaehler manifold and locally conformal Kaehler manifold discussing integrability conditions of distributions $D$ and $D^\bot$, sectional curvature, Ricci tensor and scalar curvature is presented. In addition, some results on CR-submanifold of locally conformal quaternion Kaehler manifold have been obtained
