Based on the above perspectives, the present thesis focus on the study of CR-submanifold of an S-manifold, which is considered as moderen extensions of Riemannian manifold theory, and also it is very intresting topic for study and research. Since Sasakian manifold is an especial case of an S-manifold, so for background we studied extensively CR-submanifold of Sasakian manifold and discussed integrability conditions of distributions, sectional curvature, Ricci tensor and scalar curvature and their properties. Furthermore, we studied comprehensively some theories and properties of CR-submanifold of an S-manifold, which is considered as generalizations of the matter mentioned above. Finally we defined CR-submanifold of an S-manifold as M. Kobayashi defined CR-submanifold of a Sasakian manifold.
