Tasks of The Unit

The responsibility of the Technical Support Unit is to maintain the hardware and software in use.

The Technical Support Group works closely with the Network Section in the maintenance and extension of

network infrastructure equipment. The Section provides comprehensive hardware, software and user support

services for teaching staff, staff and management.
