Abstract : The study aimed at identifying the most important factors associated with academic adjustment and academic achievement of university students, the data were derived from a sample of students of King Abdulaziz University. The study found that academic adjustment is influenced positively the educational level of the father and the level of social adjustment for the student / students and the level of relations Bzmalaúh and his teachers and the extent of its ability to absorb the lessons, also negatively affected by the suffering of Atawair family. And positively affect the academic adjustment Mahdharat to attend and use the university library and academic ambition. It also found that achievement in secondary education and the attractiveness of specialization and confidence in and respect for Ms. systems, and negatively associated with the assimilation of suffering and feeling bored and tendencies to cheat and to participate in non-academic activities, and academic achievement is linked to pattern of secondary education.
