Abstract
:
Fosfofrcktokanaz enzyme found in many tissues of the body in both humans and animals. This is an important enzyme in the anaerobic oxidation processes (Glicolesus) as he is known, now that Alfosfofrcktokanaz is a key enzyme for the specific rate of Alglicolesus. There are four different types of enzyme Fosfofrcktokanaz similarities: the type of muscle, liver type, qualitative cerebral, bowel and type. Sure that the absorption of glucose in the epithelial cells lining the wall Almaae minute increase in the diabetic mice compared to normal mice, and the total activity for Fosfofrcktokanaz mucosa in the small intestine decreased in mice infected with diabetes than in the intestines of normal mice. It was in the research presented an extensive study on the impact of diabetes mucosa on the activity of Fosfofrcktokanaz and placental to mice for more information on the organization of glucose metabolism in both the placenta and small intestine during pregnancy, as the information on metabolism in placental and fetus are not available. - Pure enzyme active substance to a low degree fructose 2.6 diphosphate and adenosine monophosphate and bilateral and Atthbt by jackets and adenosine triphosphate. - Specific activity decreased and the proportion of activity of the enzyme Fosfofrcktokanaz extracted from the placenta and small intestine in rats with diabetes for those sound normal mice. Reflected the impact of diabetes on the regulatory properties of the enzyme Fosfofrcktokanaz in the placenta and small intestine of mice, when injected insulin to the mice became infected and the enzyme activity similar to that found in healthy mice.
